We’ll start with your 1-2-1 evaluation, where we’ll build your individualised programme. As we get to know you during the sessions, we’ll incorporate your likes, dislikes and any aches or pains, to take a personalised and progressive approach to fitness.
Our gym is a small and friendly space designed for our group training sessions. We know big gyms can be intimidating and busy - the last place you want to go after a hectic day at work or with the children.
Nudge has been developed around the needs of our members and our mission is to support and guide them all the way through their health and fitness journey.
From the initial evaluation to the ongoing sessions, we really get to know you. We'll develop a training plan to suit you.

You'll be able to manage your own training schedule via the Nudge app with slots available from 6am to 8pm throughout the week - you can find a routine that suits you.
